“The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot. There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this. Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good. A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.”

“The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent.
