Room NOT cleaned after 1st night and even after Double checking "please make up room" tag on the door handle after 2nd night, damp towels on shower floor and bed still not made up. But night Staff very helpful with fresh towels at midnight!”

“We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. Very clean place. Bed was super comfy had a fantastic nights sleep. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Andrew and all the team for looking after us. 😊😊”
