Didn’t have handicap parking.and Once you got a spot you didn’t dare leave after 5:00 pm as you wouldn’t get one and good luck to park on the street. The ocean view was beautiful so we enjoyed that immensely.

The hotel was very clean and a short taxi ride (~C$12) from the ferry and rail terminal. It was downtown and only a short walk to Safeway and the tourist area of Cow Bay. Thanks to all the staff that made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was fresh and very nice.

Our first room had an issue & front desk upgraded our room with no issues. The area around the hotel was a bit dodgy: would have felt better if there was some parking lot security (fencing, cameras); but it turned out fine. Bed, pillows, shower were great. Very clean & comfortable.

Overall it was a decent hotel. The rooms were a bit dated and quite dusty (which could have been the heating system). Showers didn’t work well both times I was there. Breakfast was quite good as was the gym. Overall not bad. Could use some upgrades but staff made it good.
