the chck in was a bit stiff but professional - the check out was excellent and freindly the hall ways are showing the wear and tear but they are clean and our room was excellent Having the starbucks available was great - we were going to try the buffet but there was a staff person standing outside the door smoking so that was a turn off all in all we like the place this was our 3rd stay

The room was very nice and the beds are comfy. Room service and food were excellent. The only con is that the parking is across the street in a parkade which made check-in and check out take longer because you have to get the car and find street parking before you load or unload your luggage

Clean room, smelled good. I was in a room that was not yet updated so bathroom wasn’t in perfect condition. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking felt secure. There were some sketchy people around but the hotel has good security and feels safe. Starbucks downstairs. Just a heads up, you need your room key to get into the parking garage.
