This Hotel is fantastic if you have children, the pool area is fantastic, waterslides, splash area, a pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean and nice, only thing I found was the breakfast was from 6 to 9 and it was a struggle to get down for breakfast on time, the breakfast options were amazing, but I feel if they offered till 10 am would be fantastic. Will stay again!!

I travel with my husband who is in an electric wheelchair, so room is essential, we use a patient lift, although we could not get the legs of the lift under the bed, (pretty much like this at every hotel we stay at) but there was a pull-out bed that worked perfectly. the room was clean and very nice, the bathroom was a bonus, the roll in shower allowed for his care overall, loved our stay, will book again

Nice hot breakfast. The water slides were nice to have. We took the time on this trip to enjoy the pool area which also includes a water park for small kids. Only thing that could have been better would have been a hotter hot tub. I don’t fault the hotel as most hotels are the same in this department as kids seem to frequent them so a true 104degree hot tub is extremely rare.

This is a great hotel at. Our trip was Vernon BC to Smithers BC for a family event. We like staying in Prince George for the night. The hotels prices have gone up since the last time we stayed here, a litttle high for a one night stay but it’s a clean well kept hotel. Breakfast was great. They use to serve bacon, lots of bacon but not anymore, it’s now sausage. Big place, lots of room for parking and in the lobby they even had coffee in the dinning area.

Front desk Staff were not exactly happy we booked on Expedia. The one gentleman had said good luck booking. As the rates were very high for so last minute. Expedia was nearly $100 cheaper. Breakfast was well looked after and lots of choices. The pool area was neat and clean and staff was present to make sure towels were available. Overall a nice stay It was nearly a booking nightmare with front end staff. Thanks Expedia for making it easy and a better price.

Room was ok King bed was comfortable Bathroom lighting was dull, shower grout had orange bacteria ( Serratia marcescens) growing from not being cleaned well. Breakfast was okay not anything special, you had to run your toast through toaster twice to get it toasted. Yogurts sitting out on counter not refrigerated We didn’t use pool area Lobby is beautiful and clean Hallways had same debris both days we stayed. We saw lots of families with children and pets who seemed to be loving the pool area If your not using the pool area with a family it’s not worth the high room rate in my opinion
