Room was mostly clean found bits of food on floor. Bed was clean most important. Place did have nice smell. In middle of night it smelled like cigarette smoke.

We arrived very late at 12:30 and the check-in was smooth and hassle free. The lady who checked us in was kind and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall a good experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge and a microwave as well. I liked that the hotel rooms were locked off from the main floor. No key card no access. Other than highway noise the room was quite quiet.

I had some difficulty with my credit card at the time and so the clerk had to go out of his way to get approval for me to pay a cash deposit. He did a great job and my stay was very pleasant. Great restaurant too!

Our non smoking room spelled like smoke, as did the bedding. The carpet in the room was stained, as were the sheets and bedspread. The entry into the hotel was dirty, the doors and floors especially so. The staff are lovely though, very friendly and helpful, the building itself is just in a rough state.

I complaint to the hotel manager of the hotel that they are taling too long to release ky deposit, and he called me the worst things that you can ever imagined screqming at my face. It was so bad that I am taking legal action against the hotel. They also took 20 dollars for a towel that was on the floor. I never had such a teaumatic experience in my life.

The only part of our room that was visibly clean was the bathroom thankfully. We were there multiple nights. There rarely was staff at the front desk. No housekeeping service. When you did find staff at the desk and asked for an extra towel they could not give it to you until the next day when the cleaning staff arrived. We were in a suite room. The loveseat was so badly in need of a shampooing that we took the duvet off the bed and put it on the loveseat before we sat on it. I would not recommend this hotel.

I didn’t expect its big room . And feel comfortable and quiet I sleep all night long until next morning. Appliances are all working. Air condition , microwave tv refrigerator. Office table extra towels tissue all I needed are there.

Room was not as nice as previous stayed in. Bed was still comfortable, but this room was stained rug and just not as nice. Staff is friendly Cleaning lady was super awesome :)

Good and bad

I was ok with the room. Clean and comfortable. Nice having a restaurant on site. Not to enthused with the reception. Plus I booked through hotels.com which took my payment. The hotel took my credit card # for a damage deposit then after we left they billed my room again on it. It took several times both with hotels.com and the hotel to finally get my money back. No communication as promised.

Not bad on a budget

I believe it's recently renovated. Check in appeared shortstaffed, but got it done fairly efficiently. Stairs only to rooms, not accessible, but that didn't affect me. Room faced Hwy97, and even with windows shut and curtains drawn, road noise leaked in. Bed was very comfy, got moved from a 2 bed to a single suite. TV is then in sitting area, so no TV in bed. K cup coffee makers, medium bar fridge, decent microwave. Wish i could have gotten a few more coffee pods as i left 6am before front desk was around. Deposit for room not released on checkout, hotel aeems to wait the 7 days for the pre auth to fall off from non completion, so be aware of that.

If local don’t bother, otherwise great

I’ve lived in PG the last two years, and am in the middle of moving west. I needed to stay a few nights for appointments after I moved out of my house and chose the NPH because of price and reviews from people I know. Little did I know having a PG address on my license would nearly have my checkin denied because “they don’t rent to locals”. I explained my situation and he eventually (begrudgingly) accepted it. Hotel is not accessible- 2 flights of stairs to rooms- thankfully not an issue for me but might be for someone. Hallway definitely reeks of smoke but thankfully my room did not. Definitely hear highway noise from the rooms but I didn’t find it too bad. Minimal toiletries so recommend bringing your own. Beds are very comfy. Room clean. Had to add an extra night on original checkout morning due to changes in appointments- front desk happily arranged for me to keep the same room for the extra night. Will likely stay again in the future (when my license reads Stewart instead of PG!).
