Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could use a bit of updating - loose fixtures and shower curtain has seen better days. Staff friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was really good - it had lots of options to suit all. The pool room was really cold (as the supervising parent I was wearing my winter coat to be comfortable. The water seemed warm enough based on the kids. The hot tub was empty. Would stay there again.

Great staffs and quiet

Front desk staff were awsome at check-in and check-out. Even night time staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was close to entry way, it was so quiet. Parking lot was clean, lots rooms, easy to find. Definitely coming back

Found the blankets had a red stain, we were to tired to get them to change it. Just took it iff and used our own, next morning told front desk that we will be gone all day be back late and wanted the bed made with new everything. She said they will but never change it. Just slept in our blankets again.

The staff was very friendly. The property is inconvenient to get to, TV remote didn’t work, not hand soap in the bathroom, shower curtain broken, blinds didn’t close for nighttime darkness. How this is a Ramada brand is questionable!!
