The whole location of Primm is closing. The mall. The restaurants. Gas stations. The hotel is closing in less than a month. We couldn’t use the pool even though it was filled with water because there is no staff to monitor it. Smelled of smoke everywhere we went. It was super rundown and the poor staff is holding on with their fingers to keep their jobs.

The property listed Primadonna at Primm in a nice location with a few restaurants and things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the TV and A/C worked as well. A refrigerator can be installed upon request. We will stay in primm again.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room AC was cold but loud. We paid a resort fee for no pool access (closed for "winter" or other amenities. We stopped to sleep on the way to Park City, UT. Bed was super comfortable so that’s a plus. However, the bathroom was meh at best. If you’re super short this shower is for you. As a 5’5 individual I was ducking! There was a questionable substance all over the wall by the toilet that freaked out the hubby! All we did was sleep so can’t speak on the amenities.

This is now just a stopping point on your way into vegas. There are no table games, everything is slots. Petes steak house you need to make a reservation 24 hours in advance. The diner wasnt horrible. Room was clean, however we were suppose to get a courtyard view and it was a block wall and water heater.
