No freezer section in the fridge. No vanity plug but the staff attended to that. No remote control but the staff attended to that. Were allocated an upstairs apartment but asked to be changed to downstairs. Parking not quite suitable near our apartment.

The property was unclean and untidy. No lighting on arriving home at 10.30pm, only to have it come on at about 2am. One pillowslip on our bed was dirty.
