“Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

“My score would be 8.0 (from 1 to 10). ADVANTAGES: new facilities, clean, iluminated and big room (we were 4 people and stayed at the top), breakfast included, kind staff, optional Jacuzzi and Sauna (additional fee) DISADVANTAGES: no one speak english at the hotel. 3km distance from nearest sky center (is ok if you drive a car, imposible to arrive there walking, just by car). Only cold breakfast: ham, cheese, bread, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, juice and if you are lucky egg ;)”

“The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing. “A panzió legtöbb szobájának ablaka a főútvonalra és a vasútra néz, ezért éjjel is nagyon zajos. Nyitott ablaknál nehéz aludni vagy nem lehet. A wifi jelszó nélküli, ezért nem biztonságos. A bútor több évtizedes, szocreál stílusú. A kanapé és a fotelek agyonhasználtak, gödrösek. A más szobákkal közös erkély egyik ajtajához nem tudtak kulcsot adni, ezért nem lehetett bezárni.”
