Nice welcome on checking in, hotel was clean and tidy. Well equipped room. I was travelling for work so it was great for me. I used the Tesla charger on site. I would stay again for work purposes.

Easy check in. Clean and spacious room and the buffet breakfast was all fully stocked all the time. Very good and a reasonable price. Also Tesla public chargers in the car park which are generally the cheapest of all (I paid 23p per Kwh after 11pm.)

We had a great two night stay at the Preston South Holiday Inn. Upon arrival in the vast reception area, we were quickly checked in by the pleasant male receptionist. We had a very large room with a comfy bed, and a great bathroom with a big walk-in shower and Dove toiletries. Breakfast was buffet service, with a chance to make your own bap. We had two evening meals there, which couldn't be faulted. We also sat out in the garden area with drinks on a lovely day. Highly recommended.

Lovely large room . Well set out heating / cooling facilities made things very comfortable. Breakfast was well set out sadly we weren't able to take full advantage of what was on offer. Evenibg meal was also good value for money.

Our room was immaculate and very quiet even altho it was in close proximity to the lift. Breakfast the next morning was very good with food levels monitored carefully so that hot food was replenished to match how busy the restaurant was

Good experience all round. The breakfast selection is better than my previous stays. The only slight negative is that on the last day, I wanted to get my bill while the reception was quiet at breakfast time before the check out rush but the receptionist advised me that due to a new system, if I got the bill, the room would no longer be accessible.

Great hotel. I the UK for my dad’s celebration of life and hotel made visit easier to manage. two adults and a 16 year old, and plenty of room! Check in was smooth. Staff friendly. Breakfast amazing. Good atmosphere in restaurant/bar. Enjoyed our stay. Only slight grumble was not allowed to enter IHG one rewards, to take advantage of late checkout. Was told couldn’t as booked on Expedia. Always do this in Canada (home) and have never had a problem so that was frustrating.

Great location for overnight stay just off M6.Lots of parking big clean room and bathroom can I suggest a mat for the shower I had to put a towel down very slippy. Breakfast excellent lots of choice and hot.Great value for the price will definitely use again.

This hotel will be our new go-to stop when travelling between Scotland and England. Excellently situated off motorway. Quiet, good parking, lovely size, clean, comfortable rooms (new beds!) and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast was great too - self service buffet with all the usual and a sign that welcomes you to eat as much as you want and take away more. We arrived late and the two lads working were really nice. The ladies at breakfast were lovely too and Adam who was in charge was professional, kind and helpful. Would really recommend this hotel. 10/10
