Great Price, Great location, Clean and comfortable bed and room. The only reason for giving a 4 star I wish they had specific rooms with no pets, and the front desk was not able to guarantee the room had not ever had pets. She just reassured me that each rooms was deep cleaned. I am very allergic to pet dander. She put us on the bottom floor, the room was clean. Luckily we only stayed 1 night, & I had no issues. Would recommend to family and friends.

It was a very clean hotel. The staff was friendly and greeted me everything I walk through the lobby. The room was also very clean and good size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a small selection but what they did have was good food.

If you are going to Prescott for a soccer event, this is a nice place to stay and near the soccer fields, shopping and food. It’s been remodeled and was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable and I got great sleep.

The property is new and kept clean. The rooms were comfortable. Possibly outdoor seating might be a plus. The workout facility was very good. The breakfast was somewhat limited. Adding the availability of hot water for oatmeal would be beneficial. Staff was fantastic.
