No check in notification 30 min prior
Wrong building and door code, had to call IT and texted and waited many times, all three days, no office people on weekend
Busted bathroom amenities that were 1/4 full
1 snack bag of cheese its and two Keurig coffee cups for two adults for two overnights?
Couldn’t access pool until IT stuff done, locked out, embarrassing like don’t belong
Ice maker broken
Patio disgusting
Dog in condo below barking all day and night
No beach towels

My biggest issue with the property was the keys to get into the doors. I had to swipe it 10-20 times to finally unlock my door. Otherwise the experience itself was fine
