We were so tired and road weary but once we checked in and were told about all the wonderful amenities we went to one of the two hot tubs and the heated pool. We enjoyed the beautiful fire pit on this brisk October night. Reese was the front desk clerk and he went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as we wanted to be. (Give him a raise!) the housekeeper was also very kind and considerate (I feel bad I didn’t get her name) but she was genuinely caring and kind. She could see how tired we were and she helped us as well. 10/10 recommendation! The beds were great fabulous hot shower. Big spacious room can’t say enough about how happy we are.! Of the breakfast is as good as everything else has been so far well I have complete confidence we will be back!

I loved staying here. Our room had a small kitchen. It was super quiet and breakfast was included. I recommend and will definitely stay here when going to Prescott

Overall good stay! Room is huge and very spacious/accommodating. Overall very clean only comment was pillow had some unfortunate looking stains and under the bed looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well as the staff during check in and whenever we needed any help were very accommodating and helpful! Would probably stay again.

This one is ok , we have to left a day early because we have an emergency my kids are in national guard called so we have to be home and they don’t help to credit us the day we don’t used we event check out on time before the window time .. but anyways this is for us never go back to the same location is many other places.

Very clean and loved the Christmas atmosphere, lots of little cozy places the sit and and just relax wether it be by the fire place or by the fire pit outside. The room was very nice and cozy with all the appliances you need. Highly recommend

Disappointing for a Marriott brand hotel

The hotel interior furniture and decor seemed updated. There were two lobby elevators but one was not working and there was sign indicating it was out of order. The hotel room itself was a nice space/layout however the tile floor in the kitchen/living room area were sticky. The bathroom tile floor did not look clean and there was hair on the floor. The bedroom window directly faced the main highway below so there was road noise all night. I wish I would have been notified of that upon check-in so that I could have an option for a quieter room. I tried the hot tub in the pool area at night. It was adequate (small in size - no more than two people could fit comfortably). I decided to get out of the hot tub when a large sewer roach crawled next to me on the decking next to the hot tub.

Great Staff

We were traveling from CA for a family celebration of life which started at 2 PM. We got to the hotel at 12:30 on the off chance we could check in early. The reception desk was very accommodating. Very friendly. We were grateful we could freshen up after our 5 hour drive! Thank you Residence Inn.

Didn’t know renovations where and would be going on when I booked room, can here traffic below all night ,& didn't know there was a charge of 7 dollars per night for parking. Other then that rooms were nice & clean, breakfast they offered was good. Other then the loud noise due to constant road traffic & parking fee was a good stay.

Well we were there staying as a family for a funeral. System was down when i checked in. So they had to do things manual. Whuch was okay. It took a little while and was supposed to be comped parking. Little to no hot water. And had to change rooms do to a leak in the bathroom. Our room was unlocked and open when we arrived. Both of our rooms had issues with the doors locking or not closing. Beds were super uncomfortable as well. A little upset considering we like residence inn normally.

Best Stay all year

The staff was welcoming and helpful the second we arrived. All staff was happy and appeared to enjoy being there and assisting in any way they could. The room was spacious, well stocked and clean. We lucked out with room location close to laundry, the wonderful fire pit out front we used for roasting marshmallows, the pool and an extra bathroom in the hall. A pleasant upgrade from our expectations. The only complaint was traffic noise through the windows. Location was central to everywhere we went in Prescott.

There was moldy food in the microwave from a previous stay. There was no soap in the shower and the bed closest to the window had long hair in the sheets indicating they hadn’t been changed from the previous stay as well.

Not clean and not a comfortable stay

The room we stayed in was not clean and we were very uncomfortable sleeping there. There was Dog food left on the floor. Requested to have the floors cleaned due to dog hair and dog food. It was still very dusty and dirty. We also found more dog food under the table after requesting to have the room cleaned. They really need to deep clean that room. My husband and I woke up with bites on our legs… We will not be staying here again unfortunately.

I asked for pillows to deliver but the front desk said they didnt offer that service. The brealfast was terrible quality, and they were out of bowls for cereal and oatmeal. Very overpriced hotel for what you get. The noise level from the major road outside was horrible and no one in my room was able to sleep.

Cold Showers in the Winter

The staff was very nice and the outside pool was pleasantly warm in the winter air. The room was roomy despite requesting two beds and receiving a room with only a king size bed. This made it a bit uncomfortable for our family. The full kitchen was wonderful specially with a family. It was a beautiful trip to Prescott and our only discouragement which was a big one was that the shower water was cold. Although, we did make it known to the staff the first night, it continued the second. We were told it was due to everyone showering in the hotel at the same time. While a possible rationale, it did not improved our disappointment to have a cold shower after hiking in the cold winter trails. We made the best of the situation however it was not ideal.
