Perfect location on the square you can walk to so many great eateries and shops or have a picnic and throw the frisbee on the courthouse lawn. We love the large social room off the lobby with the bar and tons of seating. And the speakeasy downstairs makes it for a one stop place!

Great place to stay right on Whiskey Row! The staff was always helpful and provided requested information about food, drink and entertainment. The Hotel is Historic and has a nice vibe. You have to visit the Speakeasy in the basement. Had a great time with the live music. The Lobby bar is a great place to relax with a cocktail and also provides live music (really liked the Jazz Trio).

Historical building and extreme cute room style. The speakeasy Fire&Sword was busy & good live entertainment. The antique elevator was so neat. Being able to have food and social spots right on site was a huge plus. Prescott was a blast into the past for me & the St.Michael made my trip. Yay for Whiskey Row...

The St Michael saved my night with a last minute reservation after another hotel let me down. The St Michael is clean and well maintained with wonderful staff. They cheered me up and I slept soundly.

This is a great historic hotel to stay in for an authentic Prescott experience. We had fun hanging out in the spacious lobby and listening to live music. The design maintains the old character of the place. The rooms are small but that’s how historic rooms are. There was a slightly weird smell to the room when first walking in, maybe because of the age of the place, but after a minute it was not noticeable. Overall an enjoyable place, though not too luxurious.

We’ve stayed at St. Michels previously and had a rather small room but this room was larger and so nicely appointed. It’s a very old, historical hotel but the restaraunt and bar are very nice and the Speakeasy is such a fun place to hang out or listen to music on the weekends. We plan on staying again since we love Prescott so much.

The lady who checked us in, I believe her name was April, was incredibly kind and professional. Every member of the staff was attentive from check in, to the lobby bar and to check out. The room was neat and clean and the mattress was comfortable.

We love this place! I love the location, the little shops, the staff, and the decor/history which is why we are repeat guests. What to know beforehand: the bathroom and shower is very small with very tight spaces and a low toilet. The water pressure is also not great, but water conservation is extremely important in Arizona. There was a very small refrigerator in our room, but our friends did not have one. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room. There is a "bathouse" option for an extra charge, but we did not use the soaking tubs. Overall, the location, staff, and themed ambiance of this place more than makeup for the tiny bathroom and lack of room amenities. April at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. We are already looking forward to our next stay.
