Staff were very nice and helpful! Hotel is a 5 min walk from times square. Some people say it is noisy to stay in times square area but we had no issues sleeping at night. Highly recommend this place!

I have stayed there many times. Location is fantastic & view of the cathedral is beautiful.
Stay there 4-5 times per year. Love it.

Very small rooms but it was comfortable. Some staff were amazing (breakfast staff) and some were not that nice (housekeeping). However, it was a good experience anyway.
