It's hard to do a star rating system because my issues were with staff that was working that weekend and in general Expedias website ,and not necessarily a representation of the entire hotel. I accidentally booked the hotel for two people and didn't have my kids in the reservation. Be careful on Expedia platform when going back and forth between hotels.
