Pray Vacations

We reserved a king room and given an ADA king room on the first floor. Nicely planned out except for the bathroom door which was a sliding door, so heavy I’m not sure how it might work for someone with a disability and no outlets to plug a phone charger into without unplugging a lamp. We liked the very helpful staff, they had great recommendations for restaurants. The cafe set aside for breakfast appeared to be more for coffee service and very crowded with few tables. We ate breakfast close by that served delicious crepes. I’d stay again because the location on Main Street is great.

This is a beautiful resort in a quiet mountain setting. We were here during the summer so can't speak to what it is like for a ski vacation but from what we can see it looks conveniently located to the ski runs and there is a gondola that goes from the hotel to the ski resort. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view and I would have given it 5 stars if we could utilize the view full time. Unfortunately the room faced the check in/ drive up to the hotel and so unless you want every guest to see into your room as they drive up, you have to keep your curtains closed most of the time. That was disappointing but when we could keep the curtains open the view was amazing. Service is good and food is good - in room dining is available 24x7 which is a plus. There were a number of times we couldn't reach anyone in guest services or room service however (no one picked up) and so that was a bit frustrating. Other than that service was great and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the stargazing experience in the hotel's own observatory dome. There is an actual astronomer on staff. We will definitely come back and just pick a different room.
