The rooms were clean and spacious. The only issues we had were we could hear the ding of the elevator. The best are very tall so I did have to have help getting in them but they were very comfortable.

We arrived late. Sam was friendly and efficient during the check in process. The facility is under construction. Our room was modern with thoughtful design for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was actually good.

Hotel was in middle of renovation so hard to give an accurate overall review. Breakfast was good pool area above average room was clean and comfortable. For being under renovation hotel was very clean and surprisingly not dusty. Would go back if ever in Pratt again

Our experience was great. The only reason for the downgraded review in a few areas was because of the construction/renovation that was going on in all of the public areas. The only thing that truly disappointed me was that the elevator was out of service (I'm assuming due to the construction), so we had to carry our suitcases and bags up the stairs to the 4th floor.

Reserved two rooms. Was not aware “remodeling”. No room for handicapped. NO ELEVATOR!!! Would have been nice to know! Numerous examples of shoddy workmanship in an otherwise decent room.
