Great location to Prato train station. Easy access to bars & nightlife. Had a washer& dryer which was a big bonus. Very clean & beds were very comfortable. Host was extremely easy to reach & resolved an elevator issue very quickly which was most appreciated! Would def stay there again! Apartment was bright, modern and in such a charming area.

Air conditioning was extremely effective, room was clean. The listing for the 2bedroom unit should be updated with newer photos because it was actually massive and a great option for people traveling with kids and you cant tell that from the listing. The elevator did malfunction while we were there and the host was able to have it fixed within a few days.

Very clean and modern rooms, great AC units. Check-In was a little tricky with needing to email them 48 hours before...we almost forgot. My only comments would be that the elevator did malfunction while we were there which wasnt great for my Dad who has trouble with stairs. and there were not enough mirrors in the rooms. The only one was in the bathroom. Otherwise, the hosts communicated fairly well and it was overall great value. The listings should be updated with better pictures of the 2 bedroom unit because it was really big and you definitely wouldn't know that from the photos!

The check in process is truly dreadful. Very small print on the Expedia booking instructing the person booking to contact the proprietor 48 hours before arrival as they don’t have a reception. Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?! If this really must be the process, please please make this clearer. Thankfully I noticed this, and after a nail biting delay of nearly 24 hours, elicited a response- phew! Unfortunately some colleagues staying there were not so lucky and could not enter the property on their first night, and had to find somewhere else to stay instead! Two other pretty major issues with this place: WiFi is so bad as to be pretty much unusable; even the 4/5G signal which I used to hotspot instead is very poor, so you can’t get any work done in this apartment. It also faces into what I am convinced is the noisiest street in Prato. This makes it extremely loud in the evenings. I was there on weeknights and it quietened down after 11 but bear this in mind if you are hoping for some early nights. Otherwise, the room/apartment space is very nice, clean, well equipped, comfy bed, average shower (water pressure could have been better). And being located on such a lively street has advantages; right in the centre of things.

Appartement très bien restauré dans le centre historique de Prato. Très bien situé pour profiter de l'ambiance et des restaurants. Laveuse dans l'appartement et sécheuses à l'étage: très apprécié. Le problème c'est l'arrivée pcq il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir et les codes pour entrer sont ardus à obtenir. La gestion se fait à distance et c'est pénible, car les consignes ne sont pas arrivées à temps ni pour l'arrivée ni pour le départ. Nous avons reçu les consignes pour les clés le lendemain de notre départ, donc trop tard. C'est un autre client qui a réussi a établir le contact à l'arrivée. Dommage pcq c'est un très bel endroit où séjourner.

Banal hôtel

Les photos mises en avant sur le site ne correspondaient pas à la chambre que nous avons eu. C'était tout petit, nous avions du mal à nous glisser autour de la table. Pour faire la vaisselle, il fallait se pencher sur la gauche pour ne pas se cogner à l'angle de la hotte. Le 2ème lit n'était pas fait et nous n'avons pas eu de ménage de la semaine. Globalement, l'hôtel est dans la zone très animée 24h / 24h. Le simple vitrage des fenêtres n'empêche pas les bruits d'entrer. Sans parler des bruits des voisins, et du nettoyage quotidien des rues à 6 heures du matin Pour la salle de bain, nous avons évité de trop utiliser le robinet mal fixé, de peur qu'il nous reste dans les mains. A noter la présence de fourmis dans cette pièce. Bref, notre déception est grande par rapport aux photos de présentation du logement. Par contre nous avons adoré la ville de Prato. Les déplacements très pratiques par le train jusqu'à Florence, la situation de l'hôtel est centrale. Un bon point pour la présence d'une machine à laver fonctionnelle, et des sèches linges dans la cage d'escalier. Nous n'avons pas compris l'intérêt de la porte blindée qu'il ne fallait pas fermer. Il y avait derrière l'accès à 2 appartements dont le notre, comme si l'appartement d'origine avait été divisé en 2.
