Melhorar o atendimento e o serviço oferecido

Estadia boa, Serviço em atendimento médio, principalmente no check-in, muito atrapalhado, mesmo apresentando voucher e número da reserva, e pagamento antecipado no cartão, não gostei e minha esposa ficou nervosa, limpeza boa, conforto a desejar, não havia tv a cabo no quarto, nem internet, conforme anunciado na contratação, condição das acomodações razoável, localização boa, só recomendaria pela localização.

Pessimo para pessoas educadas e de boa classe

5 lances de escada, o elevador não funciona e nunca vai funcionar, resturante nao funciona, não existe frigobar, nem alternativa para vc tomar agua, tudo é cobrado, toalhas de banho não existiam, encontramos o quarto limpo, mas depois nunca limparam mais, café da manha com Ki-suco (Saudosismo). Pagamos R$ 520,00 - 2 diarias para 3 pessoas, no mesmo dia lançaram uma promoção para 3 pessoas R$ 157,00 / dia

hotel regular e sem investimento

O quarto estava limpo, porém o produto de limpeza utilizado (de baixíssima qualidade pelo visto) era muito forte e não conseguimos dormir na primeira noite, que era nosso único proposito na estadia. Deixamos a janela aberta o dia todo e pedimos para não limparem o quarto, e somente dessa forma conseguimos dormir um pouco na 2ª noite, pois o cheiro do produto de limpeza dissipou. Os funcionários do Hotel são bons e nos atenderam bem, estes estão de parabéns. Elevador quebrado outro ponto negativo (somente um elevador para 5 andares)

Ótimo hotel perto da praia e tem outra opção que é a piscina...café da manhã legal....E bares para curtir a noite e outros lugares como a feirinha.
