The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and the heater worked great in this cold winter. We had a beautiful view into the old town Christmas market. Ventana Hotel Prague is just off the Old Town square which puts it in the center of the action while maintaining a peaceful environment. There are many hotels in walking distance, and easy access to most of the sights and attractions around the city. We had many restaurants, bars, and shopping within easy walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were well appointed, the ceilings were very high, and we had all the standard amenities we wanted. There was a nice breakfast each morning in a lovely library/eating area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband hurt is leg and they were very quick to find ice, provide advice, and bend over backwards to help. They ensured we had a trustworthy taxi for our early morning trip to the airport, and even packed us a large breakfast as we were leaving before the dining room opened. The hotel was affordable and we would stay there again for sure. The staff was incredibly helpful
