Great location near shopping, restaurants and metro. We arrived a day late and they sent a message stating they were canceling our reservation because we hadn't accessed the apartment if we didn't contact them by 10:00 the next morning, despite paying in advance. I sent multiple messages with no reply. My Czech daughter in law finally got ahold of them at 0930 that morning to confirm we weren't canceled. This needs their attention and was the most aggravating issue during our 5 day stay.

Very cool place located in the heart of Prague…walkable to all popular locations! Instructions were clear, the room in excellent condition, and the view from the terrace overlooking Wenceslas Square superb! Would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others!

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended Annecy for a day trip and it was absolutely amazing. Location is perfect. Having a parking garage was great too. We will stay there again.

The room was clean but a little warn - marks on the walls and such. They had the sofa bed pulled out and setup, which was nice. The kitchen was okay not the best equipped compared to the other hotels similar we stayed in. Overall the hotel felt very bare bones. The exact number of towels, not enough tp or any extra linens, no drying rack for dishes and such. The view and balcony were the star of the hotel and we enjoyed sitting out there a lot. The hotel is not manned but they were responsive via WhatsApp for a late checkout request and feel we could’ve reached them if needed. Great location just minutes from the old town city center, the bridge and all other typical Prague highlights. Not their fault, I’m sure, but we weren’t warned and it’s worth noting - extremely loud construction noise started every morning as early as 6:30am in the shared building. Not outside but in the building - which was disruptive to say the least.

Nice location!

Location is great, close to old town and tram stops, very convenient access to illusion museum. We did find a few ants at property, the trash can in the kitchen could be bigger. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!
