Clean basic room with fridge (that works) and a microwave which i did not use. Has plates and cutlery too. Frequent trams a block away, 20 mins into city centre. Modern en suite bathroom. Friendly staff. Was allowed to leave bag after check out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ University Hotel Prague — an absolutely extraordinary establishment. It was a true privilege and honour to stay at this magnificent hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was immediately obvious that we were experiencing something truly special. The 24-hour reception was exceptional, with incredibly helpful staff always ready to assist. We even ran out of toilet roll and, rather than being forced into a prolonged period of suffering, reception simply provided more. Elite customer service. The maids were exceptional. The room was cleaned superbly and always returned looking fresh and immaculate. Honestly, if there was a speck of dust in there, it had clearly been given strict instructions to remain hidden. And the room itself? Outstanding. Comfortable beds, a TV, dining table, electric hob and a ceiling fan that kept the room wonderfully cool. Everything you could possibly need was right there. The bathroom was equally brilliant — clean, functional and genuinely impressive. The area was superb too. A fantastic location and an excellent base for exploring Prague. Could not fault the place. Five stars genuinely doesn't feel like enough. Being able to stay at University Hotel Prague was an experience we will consider ourselves fortunate to have been granted. 10/10. An absolute triumph of the hotel industry. A true privilege. Would return tomorrow.

Pretty decent for the price. It’s a student dorm with a little kitchen, which was a nice thing to have. I arrived and there were about half a dozen spiders in the room, which was quite gross - hence the 3/5 stars for cleanliness. Basic budget hotel if you’re solely looking for a place to sleep. Transportation is fantastic. The tram is right outside so it’s easy to get to and from the core. A safe area too.

Good for the price and would stay again, it was decent overall and made for a comfortable stay. That said this place was a little bit rough around the edges- the cookware in the kitchenette was comically shoddy past the very basics. I mean the big knife was literally bent at the end and the skillet was rusted through. They also have a pretty loose definition of housekeeping and the bathroom had a little bit of a smell. But regardless it was clean and comfortable in the ways that matter most and it was right next to the tram stop.

Not luxury but good value for money. Beware though nice clean modern bathroom only has soap bars. But supermarket 1 block away sells shower gel and shampoo. Also the suburb dies early, no late snacks or drinks, all closed by 11 pm.

Easy walk from hotel dorm to tram stop. The 9 tram takes you to Wenceslas Square in 20 minutes, Andel for cinema in 30-35 minutes. Make sure to have the “do not disturb” sign on your door knob or cleaning ladies barge in anytime from 10-12. But clean, affordable budget stay.

The cleaning doesn't happen at all. They only bring new towels after several requests. I requested several times to change the bed sheets and it was only done after escalation. No dining and no amneties. Fire alarms rang twice after midnight and we had to evacuate for nothing. The best part was that there was a trams station 3 minutes close to the hotel.

A very pleasant stay in Zizkov for a reasonable price. A good location too, with a restaurant and other shops very close by. The tram stop is just across the road, so very easy to get into the city centre, plus the television tower is a short distance away too. A friendly reception team with excellent English makes this very attractive for tourists. Recommended.
