The front desk staff are gracious, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. For example, Lucie helped us book train tickets for a day trip, for which we are very grateful. In addition, the location can't be beat - close to transportation and the usual attractions, yet on a quiet side street away from the noisy crowds. We really love this place.

Very nice hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location near everything you would want to see. The shower was spacious enough as was the bathroom. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The only negative point I have is you can hear the squeaking flooring in the rooms around you. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the staff were welcoming and helpful, really enjoyed interacting with them. The location is fantastic with most landmarks an easy walk away. Our room was a great size with separate dressing area, great value. We had breakfast in the hotel on one day, there was a good choice and decent food, but there was better available close by at better prices. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here

Overall a pleasant stay. The room was very well air conditioned and the front desk staff got us into our room quickly after our long travels. There was a few times the room was not cleaned during the day and the room was definitely dated. But for the price and good location, it was overall great.
