All the staff were welcoming and helpful, really enjoyed interacting with them. The location is fantastic with most landmarks an easy walk away. Our room was a great size with separate dressing area, great value. We had breakfast in the hotel on one day, there was a good choice and decent food, but there was better available close by at better prices. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here

Unitas Residence met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you! The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a positive one. The location is quiet and yet you are only a few steps away from restaurant's, tourist attractions and multiple tram stops to get anywhere in the city.

We know the Residence is the annex part of the Unitas Hotel so was very happy with the spacious room. It has kettle and fridge in our room along with Air condition. The room is clean and bright. The only thing we wished was if staff can explain the facility/amenity better - we have to ask for direction to the Residence part of the hotel, Website says "coffee/tea facilities" and turns out only tea bags were provided in the room, we would have to pay for coffee. All in all still a great stay, but just wished we get the full information at check in.

Lovely property in a really conveninet location with an excellent breakfast. The staff were really helpful. I would happily stay there again if I return. We had an issue with a leaky tap but it was promptly repaired.
