Everything was wonderful, including the location, the breakfast and the room. What was best however, was the front desk staff. Special mention for Victoria, who went above and beyond, to move me to a bigger room with a nicer view. Also, Chris, who provided with me with a nespresso machine that he brought from his house. I chose Icon Hotel primarily for its convenient location but it was the staff that really made this special and is the reason it will be my first choice on my next trip to Prague. They were so warm and welcoming and really looked after me, making my trip all the more special. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the shower was fantastic. The re was a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items which was included in my room rate. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and thank the staff for their hospitality.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind. Especially, the sales manager Yiannis is incredibly nice and attentive to customers.
