Great Location for the Charles

Breakfast was amazing, location was terrific a short 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge, room (308) was on the smaller side but worked well, comfortable bed, my only gripe was the shower, it has a tub shower and the water taps come out of the side wall not the end of tub, kept hitting tap with my knees changing the temperature. Overall I’d recommend the Charles Hotel.

All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Great location that is close to trams, food and attractions. Bed mattress felt a little slanty but it was alright. Breakfast was great with many choices. They let us know a week prior to check in that one day water would be out and they gave us huge water bottles and a comped day to ise in future.

Very polite & courteous staff. Manager & Gabriel were very helpful and always looking out for a nice and comfortable stay for us. Hotel is walking distance to most area, tram station and metro. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit Prague. I will recommend to my friends as well.

Charming but just okay!

While the hotel lacked the modern feel, the charm and location were unbeatable. Room was spacious and somewhat comfortable. Lots of street noise from late night goers.

Excellent hotel, very large, quiet rooms in 200-yr-old building, super friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast array. Just half-a-block from tram stop with numerous lines in all directions across Prague. Great location for walking across Charles Bridge to Old Town or exploring the Mala Strana district. Winter wonderland

This was our second time here, the hotel is spotless, the staff are more than helpful. The choice for breakfast is really good. The receptionist upgraded us to an amazing room, because we have been before and it was my birthday . Perfect place to stay, close to everything walking distance. We will return again .

A very nice stay in Prague @ Charles Hôtel!

The location is very near Charles bridge & other great sightseeing, and good restaurants. The service is very good, the staff are very helpful. The bed is comfortable, the only discomfort is the bath, you have to be very careful when climbing out of the bathtub. There are variety of choices for breakfast, and we were so thankful for they prepared a bag of breakfast for me and my daughter because our flight is early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for this hotel. Its within walking distance of all the major attractions and sites. The tram station is right next to it. Lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean, staff are nice the rooms are well equipped with everything needed. Its an old hotel though and the elevator is only available till the 3rd floor. We had our room on the 4th floor and carrying two big luggages was not an easy task. I would stay again but ask for a room on the 3rd floor max.
