The bedroom is amazing but the elevator is not working so 4 floors up after a long days of waking is not the most convenient thing. But the receptionist was super friendly and as I said the bedroom is fantastic with a almost private roof top available.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. The check-in location is separate from the actual hotel and quite far away, which was not clearly communicated in advance. There are also separate access codes for the main entrance and the individual room. However, the room access code was not properly provided to us, so we had to contact the check-in desk multiple times by phone before we could enter our room. The room itself may be fine, but the check-in and access arrangements need significant improvement. Clear instructions and all necessary access codes should be provided in advance.

I booked this property months in advance and requested a lower-floor room due to a hip injury that makes stairs difficult. Based on prior reviews mentioning an elevator, I assumed accessibility wouldn’t be an issue or that I would be notified if it was. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room on one of the highest floors (four flights up). The lockbox instructions were unclear, requiring multiple trips up and down the stairs. The elevator referenced in earlier reviews was still out of service. I contacted the property to ask about possible alternatives. The conversation was uncomfortable, unproductive and dismissive, and the manager repeatedly emphasized that this was a business and that no refund would be considered, nor was I offered any solutions, flexibility, or a simple apology for this oversight. Because of this, I chose not to stay and forfeited the full cost of the reservation. Between the lack of accommodation and the way this situation was handled, I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting basic consideration or professionalism.
