We had a very large room with character. We very much liked the buffet breakfast and relaxing in the courtyard. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was excellent with a well connected tram stop just outside. The tram service and metro were very good and the pid app was easy to use. Prague was a very clean and safe city. We would recommend the city and the hotel to friends, family and work colleagues

Large, spacious room facing the river and the castle could not have been better. Double insulated glass kept it a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Easy walking to the bars and restaurants of the Old Town but also easy access to the shops of New Town. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was meticulously cleaned each day. Would be my 1st choice again when we return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a giant size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect and cannot get any better. It is right in the heart of everything, with all the main attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Prague on foot. Highly recommended!

The customer service at The Mozart was amazing! The air conditioning in our river view room was not working. After having maintenance personnel look into the problem, the staff moved us into a suite for the following night. They carried our luggage across the property for us and made it easy for us. Then the following day they moved us into another river view room with working air conditioning. The staff was wonderful throughout these issues, and they even gave us free breakfast for the trouble.
