Bad check in process. No one contacted me in advance. I had to reach out directly and even then didn't hear back until just hours before our arrival. They told me to come to the main office. I did, with my 5 children and all our luggage... They then told us the actually property was nearly 2km away. I asked why I wasn't given the check in information sooner...they said it was because I hadn't yet paid the security deposity, which I had, 3 hours before arriving. It was all self check-in with a code and not a key, so I didn't even need to go to the main office, but they didn't tell me that! Instead they told me to come to the main office. The property itself was fine. Great location, elevator. Very cramped apartment with too many beds but it was fine for a one night stay.

The appartment was in a great location. Right outside the city center but only a 5 min walk away. 3 bedrooms with 5 beds worked out perfect for us. I fully recommend this appartment.

Perfect location in the heart of old town, much better than we expected. Two separate bedrooms and one double bed in living room. Fully equipped kitchen and own terrace. Absolutely great apartment for our group of five adults.

Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. Staff at the office were very helpful, especially speaking English and responding to enquiries. When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city.

Great location, amazing accomodations, would give 5 stars if elevator/ lift was in conditions. Apartment is on the 5th floor, and after a long day of walking then you have to workout with shopping bags, stroller and everything else. Highly recommended for young people with a lot of energy.

Really nice apartment. clean, well kept, secure. A few things: There is an elevator. Small but works fine. It would get perfect reviews if it had air condotioning (It did have a mobile unit in the main room, but that is not the same.) They only give one towel per guest. You need to bring your own soap and shampoo. Staff were very pleasant to work with. I would say that it's definitely worth the price.

The apartment was a five minute walk from the check in, lots of space and generally clean. Kitchen was a bit rough around the edges but was fine to microwave and make breakfast/lunch. Washing machine was great too. The space we got and location was brilliant for the price we paid.
