We stayed for 4 nights at this property. We travelled with 3 kids and this property is great as it is close to the Old Town Square. Property has a decent size elevator. Room was very clean and has modern amenities. The kitchen utensils were clean. It is a nice property. Reception person was by himself so one would need a little bit more patience in retrieving the room key. I did the checkin online 2 days prior to arrival but reception person still needed to verify passport information on all guests. Property is located in an area where younger generations would hang out on Friday or Saturday night so be prepared that noise could be an issue. We felt secured in our room though. There was this one morning though that someone joked by loudly knocking on doors of guest rooms from one floor to another. Our room happened to be near the stairs so it was one to be inevitably locked onto. This happened about 6 am and that caused us to awaken. I could hear the reception condemning the action. I reported this incident to the reception person at 9 am and she had no idea that it happened. I’m not sure if these incidents are being logged and reported to hotel management or not. I still would recommend this property to families traveling to Old Town Prague.

There were multiple broken pieces of furniture in the room. Cheap IKEA stuff that was poorly assembled. The bathroom light didn’t work, there was a ceiling panel hanging down, exposing whatever was in the crawl space. The balcony floor was so dirty that we couldn’t go out without tracking in dirt. It’s worth noting that it’s right above a very busy nightclub area so it’s crowded, noisy and there’s lots of trash on the ground outside. This is fine if you’re there to party but not if you have young kids. Probably the worst part is that there was an espresso machine but they refused to give us any pods. I’ve stayed in many different types of lodging and have never experienced that they won’t provide a single coffee pod. The staff was apologetic and nice. The location is central. The place does feel airy with nice high ceilings.

The rooms are perfect. Clean, cosy and very quiet, we did not hear almost anything at all. The only small drawback was that it was very cold during one of the days of our stay and we asked to increase the temperature in the room, as the ac monitors were blocked, but they said that they couldn’t as the system was on summer mode already and they could only make it colder. We did not spend much time in the room but it got chilly that night. But it was not as major! Maybe they can take into consideration for the next time they sometimes have cold days to adjust the heating somehow. All in all we had an amazing stay and this place contributed to us falling in love with Prague. Would recommend to stay here for anyone, especially the families as it is very central and we needed exactly 2 minutes to get to main square with Astronomical Clock.

Parking was a little weird to figure out, and there are a lot of bars in the neighborhood so its pretty lively. Beyond that, we had a GREAT time here: location is awesome, walkable to all the sights. Take advantage of the discount coupons at the restaurant downstairs and the Czech restaurant nearby - all the restaurants we tried were EXCELLENT and very fairly priced. Great experience - we'd come back for sure.

The place was great and in a fantastic location to explore the old town. The rooms were large with high ceilings. And the entire place was clean. The only reason l have it 4 stars overall is because it in on top of a night club and the front bedroom facing the street was super loud despite the double windows. We were on the second floor with the club right beneath us. so just something to know before booking.

Very nice location, few steps away to the astronomical clock and Charles bridge. Parking onsite is wonderful! The apartment is huge 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Large living/dining area. Full kitchen with everything we need! Sofa bed in the living room is comfortable according to my niece who slept there. We were 5 in our family and there’s plenty of room for all of us!! Highly recommended this place. We’ll definitely ho back to this apartment should we need a place to stay on our next visit!!

The apartments are large and in a great location in the heart of the old town. The managers of the apartment were helpful in responding online to issues. The reception staff were less helpful, Overall I thought the place a bit expensive for what it provided. No amenities. Perhaps the rate is high because parking (which in the end we didn’t need) is included.

The hotel is in an excellent central location, within walking distance of the Old Town and Stradomska Square. The property itself is very clean, well maintained, and we were very satisfied with our stay. There's also a nice bakery just around the corner and a mini market about a block away, which was very convenient. The only thing to be aware of is that there's a nightclub on the ground floor of the building. In the evenings, the area gets quite busy with people, and if you open the windows, the noise can be significant. You can also occasionally feel the bass from the nightclub. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth requesting a room away from the club.

A huge self contained unit with a full kitchen plus fridge means you can be self sufficient if you want, or the old town square is only five minutes walk away with nume places to eat and shop. Prague is a great walking City and anywhere you may want to visit is easily reached on foot. This accommodation is good value for money in a fantastic location and I would be happy to stay there again.

I had paid for a one bedroom apartment with a balcony but was not given a balcony. Everyday I went to front desk and never received resolution. I expected either an upgrade or some money back. If I pay for a room with balcony and don’t receive it, some money reimbursed is in order. It’s like paying for steak dinner and they give you pizza, you should be reimbursed for the difference between steak and pizza. Disappointed.
