The hotel is conveniently located across Wenceslao Square, however there is a road construction ongoing that makes it difficult to access the main entrance. Highly recommended as we could reach Old Square and the many points of interest walking...there is no need to have a car in these cities! Attention at the lobby was really good, even coordinating our transport to the airport at 3am! We didn't take the breakfast option, as there are many nice cafes around Prague to enjoy and discover the city!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, largely because of the outstanding staff. Every interaction I had was met with kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help. As a person with a disability, I especially appreciated how accommodating and understanding they were—they consistently went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. They were also incredibly helpful with practical needs, including arranging taxis and assisting with transportation logistics, which made getting around much easier. Their responsiveness and attentiveness made a meaningful difference in my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for travelers who value thoughtful, respectful, and proactive service.
