Disappointed with our stay here as the room was extremely uncomfortable at night. No air conditioning in the room as it was switched off, the room was unbearable for my family and I and our sleep was disrupted. Good choice of breakfast and the bar/restaurant staff were very good, the pool was great although the same depth and no shallow end therefore tricky if you have very small children who are not yet competent swimmers.

Housekeeping was not doing their job up to standard. ie. Not filling up toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, brew kit, etc. The staff in reception ( Lady) had an attitude problem. Not approachable, talking like unprofessional. Didn't have a clue of my charge. Was charged me an extra day's breakfast, luckily were in the town and realised. Have to rush back to the Hotel for clarification.😡

Enjoyable stay
Really enjoyed our 3 nights here, first weekend of Dec '23. Room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was varied & of a good standard. Hotel was warm (snow outside) and is a little way out of the centre, but only about 10 mins to Wenceslas Square and the walk was interesting anyway. Didn't have time to use the pool sadly. Would happily return to this hotel.
