The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient for getting to Old Town as it’s walking distance and close to the tram station. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was great. There was an issue with flies getting on the food so care should be taken to prevent or eliminate them. Perhaps the use of covers for everything, not just the hot food?

Nice size rooms always seemed clean staff were always friendly great location next to a metro and tram stops but also walking distance to main square gym needs attention. swimming pool was good as was sauna i would stay here again.

Great service from all staff. Kate and Sandra were very understanding at the reception. They made sure we are well settled in at the arrival and made sure we were given rooms to our liking and likewise at the point of checkout, extra time was provided. Makes the logistics smooth overall. All ladies work hard while serving breakfast, though a little more variety can be introduced so that it doesn’t get boring. Minor Improvements to the lift services can be introduced, as one of them kept breaking down, which hotel management was trying to get fixed. Apart from some minor issues, Wonderful stay and really enjoyed the sauna, jakuzi and swimming pool facilities.

Nice hotel, with good facilities. The pool and sauna were clean, and not too busy. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, very walkable into the centre of Town, and with nearby underground/tram services. The hotel breakfast was very reasonable with a good variety of options. The only thing I was not a fan of was the bed/pillows.

The hotel was clean & tidy. There wasn't clean towels put in our room, even when I asked at reception. The food was ok The hotel is in a good location for exploring Prague.

The hotel is a bit older, so not the shinest place to stay in Prague. But the staff were lovely, and the on-site underground parking was great. The location is a bit far from old town (Prague 1), but is closer to the newer parts: just make sure you know where you are. We enioyed our stay, esp the great food places.

Great location, large comfortable room

Great location next to a transport hub. Walkable to the main sites within 10 minutes. Large rooms. Great service. The only downside was the room air con did not cool the room. Luckily we could open the window.

They were happy to give us a late check out the day of when my father wasn’t feeling well. We got in late and the bartender served a drink and a pitcher of water even though she was closing. Location good.

Not sure why I have got a room for wheelchair access while hotel was far from fully booked. So bathroom was everything else then nice and comfortable. Hotel would need a refurbishment too. Ration value for money rather low.

Very poor air conditioning, very poor toilet flush, unable to flush any toilet paper down without repeatedly flushing for ages. Shower head permanently slanted to outside of shower, tried to adjust and couldn’t. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Good location to explore Prague. Breakfast had plenty of choice.
