I had a medical emergency to deal with and not knowing a word of Czech, I could not say more as to how phenomenal the hotel staff was in arranging me to get immediate medical attention. This is a great hotel, very central to all of the sites, and a great caring staff.

This inexpensive hotel is in a great location. It's fairly basic but offers a clean and comfortable bed and a shower, which is all I needed and the staff were friendly. It's on a main road so there is some noise from passing trams - sometimes being a bit deaf can be an advantage!

I stayed here on a solo travel in July. The room was basic in accommodations and clean. So dumb they don’t have complementary coffee. ? Good location for walking everywhere right across street is a food hall and arcade. Overall, I would suggest, I give it a three star stay.

"A fantastic stay! The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the location is simply unbeatable. I had originally planned to stay directly in the Old Town, but this location turned out to be much better. It is located within easy walking distance to practically everything. You might hear some traffic noise, but that is to be expected when staying so centrally. The staff were also incredibly helpful. The only minor downside is that I’m not a big fan of wall-to-wall carpets, but this one seemed clean and it is really no big deal in this context. Highly recommended!"

Perfect for a holiday with your mates if you’re going out every night and just needing somewhere to sleep. Class location near a few top spots and easy access to transport to other areas. Nice clean room, easy check in and out staff were nice and friendly. Having a kfc right downstairs was nice after a night out. Seen a few reviews about it being loud but I thought it was very quiet and easy to get some sleep.

The property was clean, quiet and good, the breakfast was excellent, it doesn’t provide safety box in the room, even though the room was comfortable it didn’t have space to hang the clothes. the only think I didn’t like it was that one of the elevators broke down during the two days we stayed it we had to use the staircase, for such as big hotel you should fixed the elevators asap due to a hazard safety.
