Clean and spacious rooms, our toilet was not clean on arrival but it was quickly sorted by the reception/cleaner. Comfortable beds, quiet location....we slept well. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Wellness area is lacking slightly, the pool is very small. The lift to rooms is currently out of service so they operate a shuttle from the main entrance. The restaurant/room service are pricey but there is a shopping mall with large Tesco nearby. Overall a good stay.

Room was clean, property was beautiful. Everything outside the room was fantastic. We were a little disappointed in the pool area because it was above ground and very little deck space to “lay out.” The bedroom ac did not cool properly, so most nights we lied on the bed without covers. Also the beds very hard and not too comfortable. The gym area was very good and the area around the property was very nice. We did not eat at any of the restaurants on site because the prices were very high.

Breakfast was a good spread. The cable car was delightful. The wellness area is quite dark and the swimming pool not suitable for children. The cleaning was not great with dead flies on the windowsill, random piles of sheets left in the room and no clearing of teacups. Trams and metro are nearby and lots of shopping and food options. It was fine.

Convenient location a short walk from a shopping centre, tram stop and Andel metro station. Away from the main tourist area but only a short metro ride away. Many restaurants close by and a food court located in the shopping centre. Generally friendly staff (but not overly friendly). Quiet, clean, modern and spacious room although it was sparsely decorated: a few soft touches and more wall decorations would be good but not a major problem. Clean and modern bathroom. Bed on the firm side which suited me. Short ride in a funicular to get to this hotel from the hotel below was an interesting feature- I never had a problem with a queue. Pool , jacuzzi and sauna area is quite small and not really suitable for lounging in. Good choice at breakfast with eggs and crepes made to order. Good value and would stay here again.

Below the Standards Expected of a 4-Star Hotel My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell significantly short of the standards I expected from a four-star property. The persistent, unpleasant smell throughout the lobbies and hallways was irritating and made the common areas uncomfortable. It was unclear whether smoking was permitted indoors, raising concerns about the hotel’s smoking policy and ventilation. The property looked outdated and poorly maintained. The sliding-door entrance reminded me of a metro station rather than a welcoming hotel. The interior design and color scheme felt dated and lacked consistency. The carpets were old and stained, tiles appeared worn, walls had visible repair patches, and paint was chipped around doorways. Bubbling paint on the room walls raised further concerns about maintenance. The curtains were torn and sewn back together, and a dead insect was visible by the window. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with holes in the walls, chipped surfaces on the door, and a mirror with dark spots and deteriorated edges. The towels were exceptionally thin and far below the quality I would expect from four-star accommodation.Individually, some issues might seem minor, but together they created an overall impression of neglect and insufficient attention to detail. The problem was not simply outdated decor but the combination of visible deterioration, unpleasant odors, and inadequate room amenities. Sadly, these conditions negative.
