Good location, friendly staff and clean. Hotel felt a bit old to me like it needed a good revamp. My room had cracks un the ceiling, the bin was rusty and it just felt dated. Very basic but did the job.

Honest hotel

After checking out, I Received a message from the hotel saying I had left my iPad at the hotel! I didn’t even realise! Thankfully my friends were staying an extra day so they collected it for me. Nice honest hotel. Will recommend to all others if visiting Prague. Thanks again!

Lovely location, but room problems

While located in historic buildings, there was no air-conditioning in 35° plus weather, unfortunately, nothing on the website indicates rooms which are quite expensive have no control air input so can be quite stuffy, where, as straight outside the door all the corridor’s and The rest of the hotel are air-conditioned. Also, the bathrooms/shower was a poor quality leaking water and the shower doors not able to be closed properly…

Vi hadde et supert opphold på dette, litt underlige hotellet. Minner slett ikke om et hotell på utsiden, men har absolutt alt en kan ha behov for. Superhyggelig personale, rent og god mat i restauranten. Veldig koselig å sitte på tak-baren om kvelden. Ligger godt plassert med kort avstand til torget hvor alt skjer.

私たちはチェックインの時から素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。なぜならウェルカムドリンクのチケットをくれましたし、駐車場の場所を的確に教えてくれました。 チェックアウトのときはさらに素晴らしいもてなしを受けました。フロント係のAsemとTanyaは我々に素晴らしい贈り物を渡してくれましたし、荷物の一時預かりを丁寧に教えてくれました。彼女たちが我々にとても親切にしてくれたので私たちの旅行は大変素晴らしいものになりました。 プラハに来るときはこのホテルをまた利用したいです。

Would not recommend this place

The hotel was not travel friendly - long long hallways and through 3 different doors and a few step to get to our room. Very challenging with our suitcases. There was a male staff standing in the lobby but no one helped us with our luggage - the entrance to lobby is a few step is through a very narrow door way that you must prop open 3 doors to enter lobby.

Naja.

Super kleines Zimmer. Fast wie eine Zelle mit 2 Betten. Habe wohl das günstigste Angebot gebucht aber damit habe ich eher nicht gerechnet. In einer Macht gab es wummernde Technoklänge bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Lage des Hotels ist ok und das Frühstück auch aber ich würde nicht mehr hingehen. Das Zimmer meines Kollgwne war wohl großzügiger und er hatte nicht zu beanstanden außer Jugendliche die bis spät in die Macht noch auf dem Gang unterwegs waren.

The hotel was charming. It was clean and the staff super helpful. Check in was easy and the staff helped us with all transportation issues as well as suggestions for getting around the city and tours. It is not a property however if one has any physical handicaps. Rooms are small with steps and can be difficult to get to. Overall, we loved it.

Ein super Aufenthalt 1A

Gastfreundlichkeit hat hier eine neue Ebene gefunden. Den 2 Frauen die uns entgegengenommen haben, hat Ihren Stadt Komplet „verkauft“. Wir kriegten 3 willkommen Drinks, eine offizielle Rabattkarte für den ganzen Stadt. Hilfe mit Parkplatz zu finden. Alles UMSONNST!! Einzigste minus, wäre den Mängel von klimatisierten Zimmern. Als Ersatz we eine Lüfter im Zimmer gestellt - hat auch geholfen. Summa summarum- kann nur das Hotel empfehlen!

Inte 4 stjärnigt hotell.

Hotellet skulle vara 4 stjärnigt, men jag kan inte hålla med om detta. Ingen ac rummet. Det fanns en rejäl golvfläkt på rummet. Men den lät alldeles förmycket. Så när det var 32 grader varmt ute var rummet så otroligt varmt, och att ha öppet fönster som var ut mot gatan var inte ett alternativ, då det fanns avgränsade barer varifrån det kom .usik, skrik och skratt sent på kvällarna/nätterna. Lampor, toaletthållare var lösa och sängen var väldigt hård. Frukosten var dock över förväntan bra med tanke på hur övriga kvalitén på hotellet är. Men inte tillräcklig bra för dom hade rökrutan precis utanför matsalen vilket gjorde att cigarettrök smög sig in i frukostlokalen då fönstren var öppna precis ovanför där folk rökte..
