Fantastic location just a few steps away from the Charles Bridge. Apartment is modern and fully equipped, although with only one window and no a/c it can get quite hot during the day. Othereise everything was great, highly recommended!

This was in an excellent location, close to a market, transit, and easy walk across Charles Bridge to Old Town. Unfortunately it was very hot during our visit and we had to keep the windows open 24/7, which made a lot of street noise as our unit was opening window to the road. There is no A/C. Construction in the square was starting very early at 6am some mornings, so our sleep was not good. Besides this issue the unit was great for our family with laundry and kitchen for ease. I would recommend the host to provide more fans or an A/C unit to make it a better experience.

All I can say is wow. This is an amazing property especially for the GREAT price. It’s literally within walking distance from the bridge and the astronomical clock. It was a perfect blend of rustic and modern. Very clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful over WhatsApp. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment- very bright and airy. Location is very quiet overlooking church courtyard garden. Lesser Town was certainly preferred location as less crowded than OldTown yet It is an excellent location for access to Charles Bridge (a minute or two walk away) and other key sights - Castle, Lennon Wall. I had read comments about checking difficulties but as long as you follow the instructions you receive everything is completely straightforward with receipt of access codes.

Excellent location- very close Charles Bridge and walking distance to places we wanted to see. Just make sure you check in online a day before so you can get instructions. Do not make the same mistake we did because it can cause a delay. Staff were very helpful though even if we checked in online only on arrival.

The property’s location in Lesser Town was really good for exploring the Old Town, Prague Castle, and sights like Charles Bridge (right around the corner) and Lennon Wall. It was also easily (and inexpensively) reached via bus and tram from the airport. There is a small cafe onsite that is also open to the public. Our room was a large single-level studio, well-equipped with modern appliances and a room safe. The bed was comfortable and not too firm. The only downsides were the relatively small shower, and the need to use SMS upon arrival to enter if you arrive after hours. Something to consider if you only have eSIM. Communications with the host was good and they had good response times.

We stayed in a lovely room with nice amenities, well appointed kitchen, clothes washer, and it overlooked a small square. Long flowing curtains along one wall made the room look elegant and feel relaxing. The location is one block from Charles Bridge which made for an easy walk to Old Town. We would definately stay here again.

Great apartment great location but do yourself a favour and don’t book this apartment. Getting the key and storage of luggage was a nightmare! We helped 3 people getting into the place whilst we were there! I felt like I was doing an escape room challenge with keys not knowing how it all worked! If your flight is in the afternoon and have luggage and want to store your suitcase, the only place is a hotel that’s 1km away which means lugging your big suitcases (we come from Australia for 6 week holiday so yes big suitcase!) on pebbled stone roads for 20min walk in the rain! So as much as the flat was is a good location not sure we’d come back.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived (dirty floor, dried food stuck on table), there are not enough dishes for more than one meal, and not enough rabs to run the dishwasher every day. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Most important is the misleading claim that the apartment comes with a clothes washer. There is one down the hall, but it is in constant use, day and night, by the cleaning staff, who will throw your clothes out of the machine. We were traveling for a month and specifically chose this apt for the washing machine. The office staff were in complete denial about the situation and just kept telling us the machine was available for our use, despite repeatedly telling them their own cleaning staff were using the machine 24/7. It is a good location and it was quiet, but the false advertising and obstinance of the staff are serious problems.

The property itself was fine - great location, as described, no real complaints there. However we took advantage of the parking space offer that was available and paid upfront for this (30€/night), only to find out on arrival that this parking garage is a 25 min drive away from the property itself, which is an unreasonable distance away from any accommodation, and this was never made clear beforehand. Especially when we were able to get free parking directly outside the property very easily (note this is between 6pm - 8am only, but even so it was easy enough to find other free parking nearby during the day). At the end of our stay, I explained to the accommodation contact directly that due to the location being so far away and inconvenient we did not make use of the parking garage at all and respectfully asked for a refund, which was immediately declined. In short - the property itself is fine, but be VERY wary of paying for any additional parking as it is nowhere near the property - and will be especially inconvenient if you have a decent amount of luggage with you as you'll be walking this all the way through the city with it (or paying for an unnecessary uber).

Great place, especially the location.

Fantastic place. The location is the best, much more charming than across the bridge were it is packed with tourists. The room itself is also nice and it is nice with opportunity to wash clothes when you have been travelling for awhile. Only downside is that they could have been faster with sending the check-in details. However, when I wrote them, they swiftly replied with everything we needed to know. Also, their own café in the buttom of the building is really great.

Nice place to stay

The unit was very clean. Did not look like the pictures, but it worked very well for us. The delay in the sending of the check-in instructions was a bit stressful, and the process of getting into the unit was complicated.
