My room was clean, very spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast was great, better than I've encountered at other hotels in Prague and the staff are really attentive - clearing plates etc. The hotel is in a great location and even though it's close to some local nightlife venues, it's quiet and I slept well.

The rooms we booked were really clean; the staff were lovely and could not have been more accommodating, especially with a medical condition to plan around! They were also very helpful in organising our transfers to and from the airport, which took away a massive headache! Unfortunately, the bar was undergoing renovations when we were there, which was a shame.

Our room wasn’t ready as we were early so the hotel staff stored our bags for us and told us when to come back. We got a free drink when we arrived back which was appreciated. The room was a good size but the bathroom could have had a bit more space. Very comfortable beds and pillows, we both slept really well. The hotel was quiet except for other guests closing doors, seems some people feel the need to slam them shut. We didn’t try the breakfast but thought it sounded a good price. Location was excellent, so close to everything and easy to find.
