The location is very good and easily walkable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very nice. However, accessibility could be improved. To access the floors you have to take stairs, which can be inconvenient when traveling with luggage.

The hotel itself was good. Slightly old, but well kept and in a nice area. Great location with many options for food nearby as well as only being about a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and about 15 minutes to Old Town. The breakfast was okay, a lot of options however the meat was cold and the scrambled eggs were not good quality. The room service was good as well, quite a few heaters and extra blankets were given if asked.

I liked this place primarily because the neighborhood and fairly close to the River. They had a free breakfast which was good. However my room was right on the street and even though it had a nice park hill view, the tram that ran all night off and on, and I didn’t get much sleep.

Hotel William

It was an older hotel, located in the heart of the city. It was close to the subway, restaurants, park. The best part is they provided breakfast in style, I love the hard boiled eggs, all kind of breads, the foods was amazing!

No parking were visible, clean room but the building is old. The elevator is in between 2 floors. Like 3rd floor get off or get on elevator is in between 4th and 3rd floor. You stil need to climb or go down 1 flight of stairs. But the front desk offered the help with your luggage’s. Metro stop is right in front of the hotel. Dinings options all within close distance. Easy walk to Lennon wall, and the Charlie Bridge

Freindly staff, really close to all major landmarks within walking distance. The rooms are nice, although the building itself is a little bit older, but is still maintained really well. The price is good too. Definitely worth a stay if you want a nice hotel thats affordable and has things within walking distance. A little loud outside sometimes from all the streetcars, but other than that, i will %100 be back again!

Great place to stay for 3 nights. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff very helpful. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided as it was hot. Only downside was there was no fridge to keep drinks cool. Fantastic location not far from Charles Bridge and the Old Town

We loved our room and the space was small but certainly comfortable. Though the decor is outdated and it’s fairly simply amenities, the coffee was good, the bed was cozy and warm for a smaller person like myself and it was a perfect location. Breakfast had many options and great staff at this location. They were really friendly and helpful.

Hotel William in Malá Strana

We stayed at Hotel William for two nights. We liked that the hotel was in Malá Strana, away from the massive crowds in Old Town. The room in which we stayed was spacious, but there were a few things that were not in good condition. Firstly, the door handle fell off as we opened the door, the curtains were not the same length, and the end attachment for the towel bar was loose. Small things that can be quickly and easily fixed. The breakfast the first morning lacked fruit of any sort, so I was happy to see lots of fresh fruit the next morning. Otherwise the breakfast had lots of nice options, both hot and cold.
