Excellent position and nice staff. A renovation would be really helpful. I had a problem with the curtains of my single room because they were smaller than the windows and people from outside could see me. I informed them of this problem and they went to check soon after. As promised, the next day the room had new curtains. For solo travellers, please be aware that single rooms are NOT in the main building, but in front of said building and next to the back door of a restaurant so you will be hearing noise at night and in the early morning. Moreover, the rooms are on the first floor but the only think that separates them from the outside is a wooden door that didn't look very sturdy.

This is a fantastic location just around the corner from the center of old town. My room was enormous with beautiful decor and hardwood floors. It is a little difficult to find as the hotel is tucked into a courtyard between two restaurants. There are also a lot of stairs and no elevator so not a good fit if you have any mobility issues. However, if stairs aren't a problem, it's an amazing home base to explore the old town.

The room was excellent, huge ceilings, lovely and clean. It was in a great spot as well; just a few mins from the central square. Really nice place. The only two things that let it down - the shower, we had to sit in the bath as it was attached to the taps. Felt like it could have easily had room for a proper shower. Second - it was roasting beyond belief. I like to be warm but this was another level. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again though
