This hotel isn’t an ideal location, just off of the old town Square. We were able to open our windows at any point during the day to hear the astronomical clock ring. The hotel itself has a great funky vibe and breakfast is included for this day, at least it was for us. There is a world, renowned hotel bar underneath the hotel, which is definitely worth a visit. Ideal location again and the wait staff are very helpful.

This location can’t be beat. Even though it’s right in the main square, it wasn’t loud. We had a twin room and it was just right while maintaining that old Prague feel. The only thing to aware of is that the rooftop patio is popular, so sometimes waiting for the elevator is a thing if you require an elevator vs stairs. Breakfast is good and worth it and the bar in the cocktail basement is cool too.

We stayed in room 51 with a great view of the famous clock. Awesome!! Be aware this hotel was built in the 12th century but updated. Room 51 requires you take a shower seated in the tub, no curtain due to high pitch ceiling. The open air Terrace bar on the 4th floor has terrific views of the area. Breakfast was excellent with hot food, fresh fruit and breads. I highly recommend this hotel!! It is not noisy at night and has air conditioning. The elevator is small but convenient. The hotel is small and has a great location. It is not easy to find the hotel from the street. Look for Black Angels sign and enter from there.

Fantastic location, right in the center of old town across from the clock. Easy walking to all of the Historic sites. Great Terrace rooftop restaurant with a view of the skyline. And an amazing bar in the basement. And huge rooms! Only suggestion is for the hotel to be clear on parking instructions for people driving in.

I picked U Prince Hotel mainly for its location, and I was absolutely right. It’s just a few steps from the Astronomical Clock and only minutes from Charles Bridge, many other attractions and many tour meeting points. The street in front of the hotel is for pedestrian only, while the road for cars is also just a few steps away, making it very convenient. The building is beautiful and nicely decorated. The breakfast has a good selection and plenty of seating. There’s also a bar and restaurant on-site, located on the top floor, which attracts many tourists for the great views. Because of that, the elevator can sometimes be busy, but it never bothered me. Overall, a great choice if location and convenience are important to you.

The first night I stayed on the 5th floor (top). The room was very hot (25 to 27 C) or 75 to 78 F. There is also a rooftop bar nearby that plays nightclub music late. My room was very close to it so it was very noisy. The hotel did move me the next day (had to do it myself) and the second room was great. Front desk staff and bell staff were awesome. They have one of the great bars in the world in the Black Angel, a rathskeller type bar in the basement. Excellent vibe, great bartenders, full of history.

This is an excellent hotel, perfect location, attentive staff, two good restaurants on site and a great bar. Our room was ample and the pillows were actually comfortable, a rarity in most European hotels, even high end ones. I would gladly book again.

The Hotel U Prince couldn't be better situated to be in the center of everything and yet it was plenty quiet enough to enjoy deep sleep on the comfortable bed. The entire hotel was kept immaculately clean and the staff was exceptionally courteous. I highly recommend.

This is an excellently located hotel. The breakfast and restaurant associated with it was also excellent in all aspects. Unfortunately, the air co sitio er in the room was only able to cool the room # 34 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit and made it impossible to sleep. A floor plastic fan was made available to move the 84 degree air with little benefit.

This was a very nice property with an old world feel making it a fun experience for travelers. The Jr Suite was very spacious and the morning breakfast had a nice variety. The restaurant is a little pricey but the food is very good and you are paying for the city views and atmosphere. The rooftop bar was nice. We had a toddler traveling with us so we were not able to go to the downstairs bar, which apparently is quite famous. Overall, a very nice property and a good experience. We stayed for four days..

Great city centre location. An old, character, building with rooms that reflect the history. We didn't realise till we got there that the Astronomical Clock is just across the square. Good value for money. We'd be happy to stay there again.

The terrace bar has a phenomenal view. It's very busy. Although there are a lot of people going up for the view the room was very quiet. We were in room 53 the terrace was a above us. When the staff cleaned up at night it got loud as they removing this. The elevator can be a wait at times.
