Fantastic stay! The nicest hotel I've stayed at in Prague. Actually, I was just on long business trip thay involved five hotel staus aroud Europe. This was easiky the nicest! Quiet, comfortable, and clean in the heart of town. Mattress was very comfortable, coffee machine was great and everything was perfect. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Prague.

Beautiful beds, pillows were rubbish. The room was beautiful and spacious but there was no daily room cleaning, except for emptying garbage bins. The contactless check in experience was very difficult, we couldn’t log into the platform to get our code then we couldn’t call via WhatsApp and there’s no staff to help. A lot of people seem to be having this experience. Location was wonderful, only a walk away from the old town and shop, however be prepared for check in difficulties.

Room was great. Shame about the terrible check in process and the website being unusable. If you have a complex check in process you have to have people to help. Instead they have no front desk and they tell you to walk to another hotel if you want help. Wish I could give a higher review but spent over an hour giving away all my personal info several times on a website that sucks. No washers and dryers too.

This hotel was amazing. It's a few blocks from the Statue of Wenceslaus - where so many tour groups meet and a lot of restaurants. Our room was the top floor with dormer windows. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed.
