The price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. Unfortunately, our first night wasn’t ideal as we could hear every possible noise from the neighbouring rooms, and staff were talking loudly outside our door at 6am, which meant we barely slept. After speaking with reception, they were very understanding and promptly moved us to a different room on the upper floor. From then on, it was peaceful and quiet for the rest of our stay. They were extremely accommodating and ensured the new room matched the standard of the one we originally booked. Supplied us with everything we needed for our stay including slippers as the room has a stone floor . Overall, despite the rocky start, the staff handled the situation well, were very friendly and made sure we had an enjoyable week.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Roma. The hotel is central and in a quiet area. Just a 10 minute park walk to Charles bridge. My bedroom was spacious with a king size bed, large bathroom with toiletries. Very good housekeeping each day. Very nice buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Just outside the hotel were about 8 restaurants plus mini markets for essentials.
