Perfectly located in the heart of Old Town, steps away from Old Town Square. Friendly staff, especially Ella, she was very accommodating during my check-in process. The room itself was basic and no frills - all was given was hand soap and combo shampoo & body wash.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely big windows and a comfy bed. Staff were professional and helpful at all times, and were happy to store luggage for us after check-out, as our flights weren't until the evening. The location is perfect - close to historic sites and public transport, we felt right in the middle of things. Plenty of great food options nearby too!

Balcony view was wonderful. Only problem was dragging a heavy suitcase up (and down) long flights of stairs to and from the fourth floor. Had we known, we each would have brought a small suitcase instead of combining our belongings into one.

The staff were lovely, the room was spotless. Unusually for breakfast, you had to leave the hotel and walk around the corner to have breakfast in a partner hotel. Only negative was the mugs provided were just for small cups of coffee, and reception had nothing larger, I bought a tea in Starbucks then kept that cup for my morning cuppa.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Before arriving, we messaged the hotel to arrange an airport shuttle, which brought us directly from the airport to the hotel’s front door—very convenient. Check-in was fast and smooth, and our room was beautiful with a classic Prague style. One of the highlights was the beer spa located in the same building. Being able to schedule it on-site was incredibly convenient, especially since you come out a bit wet. We simply wrapped ourselves in towels, dried off a little, put our shoes back on, and walked straight to our room. It made the whole experience easy and relaxing. The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of food options nearby. Even arriving late at night, we were able to walk just around the building and find a traditional Prague restaurant where we enjoyed warm goulash served in a bread bowl—absolutely delicious. The next morning, the nearby cafés were open, and there was even a small pop-up bar serving eggnog, which was surprisingly great. The hotel staff was also very helpful and assisted us in securing a dinner cruise reservation, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, heavy fog rolled into Prague that night, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the nightlife or views, but the dinner cruise was still worth it for the food, atmosphere, and people. The only downside of our stay was with the return airport shuttle. We were given one price by the hotel, but the driver quoted a different price during the ride.

Lovely hotel located in the old town just off the historic old town square. Have stayed in Prague before and this is about as perfect a location as you can get. Hotel has both standard rooms and apartments. Very authentic feel to the whole place. Staff were great too. Very special thanks go to Barbora at reception. Any question, any problem, she was just brilliant.

Superb stay

Gorgeous hotel and fantastic service! I had an amazing time staying with them in Prague and I would 100% come back. Front desk helped me book my river tour and made everything easy. The room was big and clean and very comfortable, I had a balcony that overlooked a private courtyard (had more space than I expected to have!) and had a great view of the church nearby.

We were enchanted by Prague. Hotel Metamorphis was centrally located for our needs with bars and Restaurants just outside. The down side was the partiers...not other hotels guests but just partiers in the street. A popular location.
