It was a pleasant stay. The staff were as helpful as they needed to be but never offered anything extra. The room was very clean and had great views of the city and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The neighborhood is a bit loud at night as it's in the city center, but it is close to everything.

I enjoyed almost everything about the Majestic Plaza but 2 things stand out. First the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated; if there was anything we needed, they did it. Second, the condition of the room was outstanding in both comfort and cleanliness. There were multiple lights so you could have as much or as little light as you needed and the bed and the chairs were quite comfortable. I especially liked how well the room was cleaned each day. Service and selection in the breakfast bar were excellent but the servers in the bar could have been a bit more attentive. I would certainly stay here again.

It was conveniently located. It was a very bare bones hotel. There were two different kinds of bugs crawling all over our room and the walls were paper thin. The Expedia photo of the hotel was not the actual hotel. It must have been a photo of somewhere else in Prague. The WiFi worked. There was an electric kettle with instant coffee in the room.

Simply an amazing hotel for service, comfort and value! Excellent staff throughout the hotel and our room was beautifully maintained at the highest standards. A very full breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices and was very high quality. Location was ideal to walk to the main square and lots of restaurant choices close by. We would stay here again and recomend it to friends as a great option to stay in Prague
