Great property and beautiful room. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was clean, comfortable and cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close enough to everything but far enough from it being loud at night and early morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to tram and metro stops, just on the edge of the old town. Excellent buffet breakfast and great restaurant for lunches and evening meals. Executive lounge was fantastic for light snacks throughout the day, with really friendly staff.

The location is great, near to restaurants and shops and the Powder Tower. The staff was super friendly, accommodating all requests cheerfully. Good mattress, pillows, shower, etc. The lighting and electrical in the room required the insertion of a key card and took a little figuring out, but made sense once you got used to it. Definitely worth it to pre-order the breakfast buffet, a huge selection of food to choose from. Glad we booked this place.
