Travelled during a heatwave, staff and room were excellent. Great location just far enough out of the city centre to have a relaxed walk in. Great food at breakfast and a bar that opens in the evening

4.5 stars The location is very good and within walking distance to many tram stations and locations. The staff members are so helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. Things are dated in many areas, however clean. The lounge/bar area had many seating areas and a nice place for travelers to gather at the end of the day. Breakfast included was a nice touch also

Room was beautiful and the staff were great. Breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee. Great location for exploring. A wee bit noisy in the early morning with trolleys being carted about but no other drawbacks. I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel that is overlooked! Great and big room and common sense set up...clean and comfortable. Everything in the room is set up logically and easy to find with good shower….easy access to the main square! Gym is super awesome as well!! We will definitely go back again..
