An absolute gem in the heart of Old Town Prague. Excellent in every way. The location is perfect - steps from Old Town Square yet quiet at night, with stunning views of the historic rooftops. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Staff went above and beyond - warm, professional, and genuinely helpful with every request. You feel the history of Prague all around you, but with all the modern luxury you could want. Breakfast was outstanding. We will absolutely be back. If you are visiting Prague, stay here.

The Junior Suite on the 8th floor was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the city. The staff treated us kindly. The breakfast was delicious offering an assortment of foods. The prosecco offered at the buffet was an added treat. While we didn’t go to the bar, it appeared elegant, just as the lobby and dining area. What a great location too! I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it's a nice hotel in a prime spot within Prague. The staff was nice, it's a less than 5 minute walk to Old Town Square, but removed enough where it's still fairly quiet.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Close to all the tourist attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast had several options and was very good; however, the hostess was unfriendly and with bad attitude. We had a baby in our group and asked for a highchair and she was not happy with the request. The breakfast area is small so best is to reserve a table for a larger group l. We didn’t know this. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

View from our room was amazing and the hotel’s location to the train station, Old town, restaurants and airport made this a great experience. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly in both the restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet was very nice but some foods could be hotter. However, ordering from the menu provides another option. Overall a great place to stay!
