This was one of the more beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The décor was amazing. Very clean hotel. Rooms above European standards (ours was a King). Staff very professional and helpful. AC worked well. Great location for all attractions. About a 15-min walk to river. They offered a shuttle service to airport which arrived promptly. I recommend this hotel.

We liked the best that this hotel does not allow pets which make other hotels unsanitary. The cleaning staff cleaned our room promptly and efficiently and always making us feel like home. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping us navigate our way in unfamiliar territory and spoke our language well and assisted us well making arrangements for our needs when we needed taxi or Uber services.They were also very courteous and kind always smiling and showing real concern for us. The breakfast had everything we could want to eat and drink including an espresso machine which we really liked and the waitress deserves an A+ for her service. The room was comfortable and temperature in room was easy to regulate and we could adjust it to our specification.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to get to and from attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated them checking in a few days earlier to confirm and also to see if there were special requests I would have. The only thing I would improve about our room was the open concept shower. I found by not having a glass wall to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom made it impossible to keep the rest of the room dry that we had to use all our towels to dry the floor. However, the look of the bathroom is very sleek and modern. Based on photos, I think our room was a exception. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. Thank you!
