The room had no amenities. The shower head is a wand at thigh level. The hotel hall had a strong smell of sewer and cabbage( to the point we woke up with headaches each day)The breakfast was not fresh. There was no real concierge to give advise or help. There was a young lady at the desk but they were not overly helpful. The only positive is the location

The breakfast buffet was excellent! The room was a decent size but a bit dated. You need to put your room card in a slot by the door to turn on the lights. Great location but initially difficult to find the onsite parking late at night. Overall good value for the price.

very nice structure in an excellent position

excellent position nearby the castle and other attractions of the city center; 20 min. from the Charles bridge. breakfast was ok, the room pretty large and well organized, and the overall structure ins quite nice (better than what appears in the picture, particularly inside)

Great location. Walking distance to the palace complex, and to the tram station. Very helpful day/ night staff. Ok good food. However, the building and amenities have to be much more improved in order to get four stars level.

It could be a be better, the shower room had mildew on the wall and the drain was clogged, I keep the towels on the rack to keep using but the cleaning lady was charging every day but she was not cleaning the bathroom ☹️

WIFI is non existing, hotel is decent

The hotel lies outside of where "stuff" happens - so be prepared for long walks up and down steep hills. On the plus side there are almost no traffic so you can sleep with windows open easily. The hotel is old'ish and could do with a refurb. The wifi they advertise is amongst the worst wifi's I have had the "pleasure" of using on a hotel. Either their router is in the lobby and they have no repeaters - or its just very poor. The fact is that our plans about watching a movie at night was not possible - speedtest said around 1KB/s - so we had to use our data plans. The staff was not very friendly, but not unfriendly either - which I think might be caused by their english not being very good. ( I am not a native english speaker myself). We had a room just next to the elevator, which was not ideal since the elvator made a lot of noise every time it was used, so it was hard to fall asleep. The morning buffet was realitively good considering the price - lots of local treats. Overall a good experience - but if I had to stay here again - I would ask for a room furthest away from the elevator - and a room where the wifi was actually working.

Der erste Eindruck der Unterkunft war mit einer bösen Vorahnung verbunden da das Gebäude von außen ziemlich verfallen und ramponiert aussah. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen stellten wir fest dass es im Bad und der Toilette ziemlich viel Schimmel gab und dass der Boden extrem schmutzig war. Im Toilettenbecken befand sich eine braune Masse die sich wahrscheinlich schon festgesetzt hatte und das Toilettenbecken mit Sicherheit mehrere Monate nicht mehr vernünftig mit Toilettenreiniger oder anderen Reinigungsmitteln gesäubert war. Auch der Teppich im Schlafraum war schlecht bis gar nicht gereinigt. Als ich darum bat mit dem Management zu sprechen war natürlich keiner greifbar man merkte dass sich das Management um das Hotel überhaupt nicht kümmert denn es waren immer nur ein paar Aushilfen wahrscheinlich junge Studentinnen an der Rezeption die sich um nichts kümmerten. Als ich um ein neues Zimmer bat, wegen dem Schmutz und dem Schimmel kredenste Mann uns wirklich ein viel kleineres und noch schmutzigeres Zimmer. Daraufhin bat ich das ursprüngliche Zimmer zu säubern. Als wir gegen Abend zurückkamen war zwar der Boden ein wenig gewischt aber Schimmel und die verschmutzte Toilette mit Restexkrementen sah aus wie zuvor. Wir versuchten dann das Toilettenbecken und den verschimmelten Badewannenrand so gut wie möglich zu reinigen. Frühstück im Keller wo Farbe und Putz von den Wänden bröckelte.

Die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch eine ideale Lage aus. Die Zimmer sind im historischen Stil gehalten, was zum Charme der Stadt passt. Verbesserungspotenzial besteht jedoch im Frühstücksbereich: Die Räumlichkeiten sind eng, verwinkelt und dunkel, zudem ist die Auswahl eher begrenzt.
